Who is this product for? The CN-HG40 chain is the best choice if you have 6,7, or 8 cogs on the rear wheel. 

The Bicycle Authority Top Technical Tip: To fit this chain you will need a chain tool and ideally a 'click-link' joining link, although you can use the joining pin supplied. Check that the length of the existing chain is correct and then shorten the new chain to the same length using the chain tool. If unsure seek assistance from a professional bicycle mechanic. Be aware that a new chain may not run smoothly on worn cogs and you may need to replace the cluster/cassette and/or chainrings as well.
