The Bicycle Depot Technical Top Tip: A little grease on the threads before using would be nice. Remember to WATCH what you're doing when using this tool! Make sure the chain is sitting square in the tool, check that as you screw in the pin remover that it' striking the chain pin squarely! It's not difficult, but always: STOP, LOOK, THINK! Keeping a few chain 'click' joining links is always a good idea - they're generally the easiest and safest way to join a bicycle chain.
